After A prolific journey through the kitchens of a bunch of the coolest boutique hotels here and there, gets to our kitchen Sergio Terrón, a Mallorcan chef with a rebellious spirit who reinterprets the classics with a personal and surprising twist.

Sergio's story seems a biopic of Karate Kid, as it was one of his great masters who introduced him in the exciting world of flavors of the Nikkei cuisine, a tasty crossbreeding between Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, considered both as the finest of the world .


From there, Sergio investigated, trained himself and forged his main motto "Less is more ", applying all his wisdom in transforming the classic recipes, in delicious and surprising proposals with that eastern touch that we love. Proof of this are his "Broken eggs with Maguro ", a traditional dish to which he adds Balearic small potatoes and a tuna tartar with Teriyaki sauce, which has already created absolute addiction to those who have tried it.
